John Keats and Percy Bysshe Shelle...I love it Erin. John Keats and Percy Bysshe Shelley both used birds as instruments to symbolize the human-life experience. Who doesn't envy the flight of a bird? I would even imagine a Tiger who symbolizes invincibility, might, and power looks to the sky from time to time and imagines what could be; However, the life expectancy of any tiger ranges from 15 to 20 years compared to 30-80 of many different bird types. <br /><br />I see that Bird as a symbol of Faith. The ability to see what could be from the best view point possible.
